Support & Grievance

This page explains how to get help with your ReadyForRole account or assessment, how to make a data-privacy request, and how our grievance-redressal process works if something goes wrong.

1.How to contact us

Reach us at the following addresses, depending on what you need:

  • General support (login, assessment, technical issues): support@readyforrole.com
  • Privacy requests (access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal): [PRIVACY_EMAIL]
  • Grievances (a complaint about how we’ve handled you, your data, or a prior request): [GRIEVANCE_EMAIL]
  • Phone: +91 89712 46458 / +91 94825 37531
  • Address: No. 1, Sudharsanamma Arcade, 1st Floor, 8th Cross, 24th Main Road, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bengaluru – 560078, Karnataka, India

Placeholder — business input required

General support can be reached at the email, phone, and address above. A dedicated privacy-request address and a dedicated grievance address do not exist yet — RFR has not yet separated these from general support. This is one of the first items the business needs to provide; see the internal Legal Placeholders Checklist. Until those addresses are provisioned, please send privacy and grievance requests to the general support email above and clearly mark the subject line (for example, “Privacy request” or “Grievance”), and we will route it internally.

2.Login & account problems

If you’re having trouble signing in:

  • Use “Forgot password” on the login page to receive a password-reset link by email.
  • Check that you’re using the same email address you originally signed up with.
  • If you’ve made several failed sign-in attempts in a short period, our system temporarily rate-limits further attempts as a security measure — wait a short while and try again.
  • If none of the above resolves it, email support@readyforrole.com with the email address on your account (see “What to include” below).

3.Assessment problems

If something goes wrong during an assessment (for example, a question fails to load, or your attempt is interrupted), email support@readyforrole.com as soon as possible, including the role you were attempting and roughly when the issue occurred, so we can look into your specific attempt.

4.Technical problems

For general technical issues (the site not loading correctly, a payment not going through, a report not downloading or emailing), email support@readyforrole.com with details of your device and browser and what you were trying to do.

5.Result & AI-question concerns

If you believe a specific question was unclear or incorrect, or that your score or report doesn’t fairly reflect your answer — including if you believe our AI evaluation misjudged a free-text answer — please tell us. As explained in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, and a dedicated human-review step for flagged answers is still being completed in our production system — your report, specifically describing which question or result concerns you, helps us catch and improve exactly these cases.

Implementation gap

There is no in-app “flag this question/result” button yet. Until there is, please email the details to support@readyforrole.com.

6.Data & privacy requests

All of the following can be requested by emailing [PRIVACY_EMAIL] (or, until that address exists, support@readyforrole.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line). See our Privacy Policy — Your rights for the full explanation of each right.

  • Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — fixing inaccurate profile information (most fields can also be edited directly from your Profile page).
  • Erasure — deleting your account and associated personal data.
  • Consent withdrawal — withdrawing your consent to this policy and/or to analytics tracking.

Implementation gap

None of these requests can currently be completed through a self-service feature in the product — each is handled manually by our team today. We’re working to add self-service tools for these over time.

7.Grievance redressal process

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve responded to a support or privacy request, or you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, you can raise a formal grievance:

  1. Email [GRIEVANCE_EMAIL] (or, until that address exists, support@readyforrole.com with “Grievance” in the subject line) describing your concern and what resolution you’re looking for.
  2. We will acknowledge your grievance and look into it.
  3. We will respond with our findings and, where applicable, the action we’ve taken or propose to take.
  4. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your grievance further, including to the relevant authority under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

8.Response times & escalation

Placeholder — business input required

We have not yet defined a specific response-time commitment for support, privacy, or grievance requests. We intend to publish one — for example, an acknowledgement within a stated number of business days — once it reflects a timeline our team can reliably meet. We would rather state no number than one we can’t keep.

Expected response time: [TO BE DEFINED]. Once a request is escalated as a grievance (see above) and remains unresolved to your satisfaction after our response, you may take it further as described in “Grievance redressal process.”

9.Grievance Officer

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are expected to make available the contact details of a person who can address questions about the processing of your personal data.

  • Grievance Officer: [GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME]
  • Data Protection Officer (if applicable): [DPO_NAME_IF_APPLICABLE]
  • Contact: [GRIEVANCE_EMAIL] (or support@readyforrole.com in the meantime)
  • Phone: +91 89712 46458 / +91 94825 37531
  • Address: No. 1, Sudharsanamma Arcade, 1st Floor, 8th Cross, 24th Main Road, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bengaluru – 560078, Karnataka, India

Placeholder — business input required

No one has yet been named to this role. This must be assigned by the business — see the Legal Placeholders Checklist — before this section is complete.

10.What to include in your message

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • the email address associated with your RFR account;
  • a clear description of the issue or request;
  • if relevant, the job role and approximate date/time of the assessment attempt in question;
  • any screenshots or error messages you’ve seen; and
  • for a privacy/grievance request specifically, which right you’re exercising (access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, or a general grievance).

Please do not include your password or any payment card details in your message — we will never ask you for these.
